Low Barrier Aluminized Bag Dri-Shield® 2000 Series Moisture Barrier Bag

Manufactured for moisture and electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive items (such as SMT). Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD s541, EIA 541, JESD625-A, and EIA 583.

Manufactured for dry packaging of moisture sensitive devices and to protect contents from damage due to ESD events or EMI.

Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR) – 0.035 grams/100 sq. in./24hrs.

3400 Series High Barrier Fiol Moisture Bags

High Barrier Foil Bag Dri-Shield® 3400 Series Moisture Barrier Bags

Manufactured for moisture and electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive items (such as SMT). Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 1, and IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standards and also offers high puncture resistance.

Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR) – 0.0003 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs.

Desiccant Packs

Use Desiccant Pack in Moisture Barrier Bags to absorb moisture. Provides protection for moisture sensitive electronics (such as SMT – Surface Mount Technology); Best practice is to use with a Humidity Indicator Card.

Can be baked and re-used.

No hazardous substances.

Humidity Indicator Cards

Measures the level of relative humidity exposed to packaged contents.

Common use in dry packaging of semiconductor and electronic devices.

Available in Standard or Cobalt-Free.

Resistance Pro Meter Kit

Measures resistance point-to-point (Rtt) and resistance-to-ground (Rtg) of worksurfaces, flooring systems, garments, packaging, and other materials in accordance with ESD Association documents: ESD TR53, ANSI/ESD SMT97.1 and others.

Determines the resistance for the inner and outer layer of the bag to ensure it is within the specified requirement.
